EXCHANGE POLICY

Morri Official offers no ' Returns ' or ' Exchange ' for any of the products.

All products purchased from our website might only be exchanged within 03 days after delivery if:

Exchanges are related to manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped or size errors. Products must be returned in a new condition, items for sale cannot be exchanged.

All exchanges are based on the availability of stocks. The customer will have to pay any additional costs in addition to the item.

You will be offered an exchange subject to availability once your product is evaluated by the relevant team and professed acceptable for exchange.

Our team monitors the return for abuse activity and reserves the right in all cases to limit returns or exchanges in the online store at Morri Official.


REFUND POLICY

We don't have any refund policy in place. However, refunds may be granted in the event of stock unavailability or if the product is in a defective condition. 


ORDER CANCELLATION

Morri Official reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including unavailability of stocks, refusal of payment by your authorized payment institution or imprecise pricing.

We do not store details of the credit card or share customer details with any third party

DELIVERY INFORMATION


LOCAL ORDERS

We offer flat shipping in Pakistan on orders of PKR 650. Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service Associate to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided.  You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 5- 6 business days via TCS.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Also, please ensure to check the DUTY charges (if any) of your shipment as the duty charges will be payable to the courier company at the time of the delivery. Estimate your shipping and duty charges by simply adding items to the shopping cart. Your order is reviewed to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Once your order has been approved and authorized by credit card processors, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by you. You will be informed via email in case the shipments get delayed due to any given reason. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, customs delays and the transit time from the courier company. Please note that customs duties and clearance charges must be fulfilled by the customer. You will get your order within 15 days
